THANK-YOU for all your hard work, patience and dedication during our long and sometimes difficult Australian Permanent Residence VISA application.
Without your guidance and help I cannot see how Anna and I would have been successful. There was total upheaval in the immigration policies since November 2009. Despite this you remained up to date with everything, and kept us on course.
We will have no hesitation in recommending you to any of our friends and relatives should they decide to move to Australia as well.
