Stephen was always able to assist with any questions we had during this process. Stephen always responded very quickly to any emails. We never had to wait long to get feedback from him, and as soon as there were any movements on the process, he would always let us know, and kept us in the loop the whole time. There was never a moment where we didn’t know what was going on, or where we had to wait long for something to happen.
If it wasn’t for Stephen’s competence and knowledge of all the processes, we would not have had permanent residency by now. Everything happen so quickly when he came on board, it is actually unbelievable that things can happen so easily, if you have the right people helping you.
I would recommend (and I have already done) Stephen to anybody in making their dream come true of living and working in Australia!!
