We decided to use MOA due to the good reviews we read on forums, and were not disappointed with Stephen’s service.
The application process can be so daunting, that it is comforting to know that your application is in the hands of someone who “knows his stuff”.
Never did we have to wait for any responses from Stephen, I would send an email at night (SA time) and the next morning his reply would be in my inbox!
We lost very little sleep over our application, because everything was taken care of.
