Stephen was recommended to us by a friend and what an excellent recommendation, for without him we certainly would never have been able to jump through all the hoops!
Stephen is obviously extremely knowledgeable and has a vast amount of experience in this field. Besides his professional side we found him to be kind, gentle and very patient; no question or request ever seemed to be too much trouble to answer. Not only did he answer them but his replies were always prompt and to the point.
