We thought that we couldn’t be able to be granted permanent resident to Australia, the process was too hard and stressful. I did contact some immigration agents in our area, waiting list, consultation fees etc…really hard to communicate with them and to get some straight answers. A family member did mention Stephen for his professionalism, knowledge and high expertise. I did contact Stephen and in total honesty he did study our family situation, he explained the possibility, which was very tight, which path to take to be successful. He did respond promptly to all our email. He made this impossible process be reality for our family. I can’t find the word enough to describe how professional and honest Stephen is.
