After contacting 3 agencies, I felt far more comfortable with Stephen and his expertise. As its quite a process and can be scary. I did feel Stephen made me feel 100% secure and more at ease with going though the process. I found his contact etiquette was outstanding and in such a great timely manner, sometimes  I felt like the only client, the way he was giving me attention and answering all my emails, questions and phone calls. For this I could not recommend Stephen highly enough. I would trust him again and recommend him to anyone thinking about any kind of visa to Australia.
