The past month has been hectic with all the arrangements to be made and we have regrettably not gotten around to update and thank you for everything you have done for us in helping us get our visas and make the move accross to Aus possible.

Things have developed at break-neck speed and we’re actually flying out to Adelaide (via Cape Town-Jhb-Sydney) next Friday, 28 November!

It has been, and still is, a bit of an emotional roller coaster ride, but we’re overjoyed that day we’ve hoping and praying for for so long is actually arriving soon.

None of this would have been possible without your help, cool-headed guidance and patience! I know you’re probably going to say its your job and you get paid for it, but you’ve gone far beyond the call of duty throughout this whole process. Words cannot really express how thankful we are that we found you way back when we started out on this journey about two years or so ago.

We thought that we couldn’t be able to be granted permanent resident to Australia, the process was too hard and stressful. I did contact some immigration agents in our area, waiting list, consultation fees etc…really hard to communicate with them and to get some straight answers. Efficiency and attention to detail! From the get-go our experience with Stephen from Migration Outcomes Australia was refreshing. He responded to every email within hours and the only delays were either from our side or from DIBP themselves, but we never had to wait for Stephen.

Because of our own paranoia we were hesitant to make any payments initially, but the fact that Stephen didn’t expect us to pay the full amount required upfront (as some other agents do) and requested payment in stages put us at ease.
