Wow! We have recently received our permanent residence for Australia and what an emotional roller coaster immigration is and we haven’t even left South Africa yet!  Stephen from MOA was incredible.  I must have driven him insane with all my questions, but he always responded so patiently and promptly.  We had a bit of a complicated case with my Mother being a dependent of mine, but he was so professional and efficient in helping me get the necessary documents together.
